HOLIDAY BREAK

YOUTH

Everyone gathers for singing before breaking into the following classes:
INFANTS (3-5 years old) for crafts and stories
JUNIORS (6-10 years old) for study of the main characters and events in the Bible
SENIORS (11-15 years old) for discussion around the key themes and passages of the Bible

ADULTS

Study of Christian doctrines and history, following the 1647 Westminster Confession of Faith.

Worship

LISTEN LIVE

The big weekly gathering of the whole church family. You'll be greeted at the Community Centre by folks who can tell you all you need to know. This service consists of prayers, readings (NKJV), a children's talk, a sermon (c.30mins), and songs (led by piano). Holy Communion is shared on the first Sunday of each month.

A crèche is available during the service. 
Drinks and snacks are served afterwards.

In the evening we gather in the smaller hall for a simpler service consisting of prayers, readings (NKJV), a sermon (c.30mins) and songs (traditional hymns and psalms, sung a capella). Holy Communion is shared on the third Sunday of each month.

Women's Fellowship Group

A relaxed time of fellowship, Bible study and prayer, followed by lunch together. The group meets every two weeks, here are the upcoming dates:

How to find NBCC

Driving

New Bury Community Centre (NBCC) can be found via Westhorpe Avenue from St. Olaves Road (IP32 6TD). There is plenty of parking, with four charging bays. 

Public transport

NBCC is approximately 20 minutes walk from Bury St Edmunds railway station. There is no bus service on Sundays. 

Accessibility

NBCC is well designed for accessibility. Please contact us if we can assist your mobility in particular ways.

Late entry

Please note that the main doors to the Centre are locked during each service. If you find the doors locked, and do not know the entry code, there is alternative entry...

On Sunday mornings, go around to the right, and to the second set of doors.

On Sunday or Wednesday evenings, go around to the left following the green fence to the back of the building until you find the gate. The meeting room can be entered from this play area.
